2. Tutor Vetting & Identity Audits

• Comprehensive identity, passport, and criminal background checks prior to onboarding.
• Thorough verification of educational credentials (Sanad/Ijazah certifications, University degrees).
• Standardized pedagogical assessment evaluating student-centric, patient, and respectful teaching manners.

3. Classroom Monitoring & Parental Access

Parents are welcome to attend or observe any live 1-on-1 tutoring session. All sessions are recorded and made directly available in the Parent Portal for full transparency, eliminating any closed-door communication.

4. Reporting Concerns
