• Academic & Scheduling Preferences: Preferred study tracks (Quran or Cambridge), weekly class cadences, and timezone preferences.
• Lesson Recordings: Video and audio recordings of live tutoring sessions, stored strictly for parental review, student homework revision, and quality safeguarding.
• Billing & Subscription Data: Transaction histories and payment tokens managed by PCI-compliant payment processors.

3. Protection of Minor Data (Under 18s)

We treat the privacy of child learners with the highest duty of care. Accounts for students under the age of 18 are managed by or with explicit consent from their parent or legal guardian. Student personal contact details are never shared with tutors outside of platform-monitored classroom links.

Tutoring recordings are private to the registered parent and student account. Recordings are strictly accessible only within the authenticated Parent Portal and are automatically archived or purged according to platform retention schedules.
