1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, registering as a parent or student, or subscribing to any monthly tuition package on Ilmisle (ilmisle.com), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Safeguarding Guidelines.
2. Monthly Subscriptions & Billing
Tuition packages are structured on a 30-day recurring monthly subscription. Each package grants a set allocation of weekly 1-on-1 classes and monthly study hours (e.g. 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, or 32 hours). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless paused or cancelled prior to the renewal date.
3. Automatic Scheduling & Attendance
Classes are automatically generated and scheduled into your calendar based on your selected package cadence and time preferences. To reschedule an upcoming session, students or parents must provide at least 12 hours advance notice via the portal. Classes missed without prior notice are counted as fulfilled from the monthly allocation.
4. Code of Conduct
Both students and tutors must maintain respectful, punctual, and professional conduct during all live classroom sessions. Any harassment, inappropriate language, or breach of safeguarding policies will result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Parents may cancel their monthly subscription at any time with one click from their Dashboard. Upon cancellation, classes already scheduled within the current active billing cycle remain valid through the end of the paid month.
